Sarah has been headteacher at Hamp Academy since July 2018. She has been in school leadership for over 15 years and has taught in a range of school from EYFS to Year 8. Sarah has a proven track record in school improvement and works relentlessly to create an inclusive educational environment where every child achieves no matter their starting point. ‘Caring, learning and achieving together’ is at the heart of Hamp’s ethos and Sarah firmly believes in leading by example, championing disadvantaged pupils and ensuring that Hamp Academy is at the heart of local community.
