Mark has been a senior leader for 27 years and the Headteacher at Brymore for the past thirteen of those years. He firmly believes in the Brymore motto of 'Diligentia et Labore' and that if young people are encouraged, supported and work hard, they can achieve great things no matter what their starting point. He thinks that success should not be measured by academic performance alone and the development of a young person as a whole is equally as important. He has overseen the considerable growth of Brymore where it currently has three times as many boys as it did ten years ago and it continues to be heavily oversubscribed.
In his spare time he enjoys skiing, running and spending time with his family.
