Jess joined the Executive Leadership Team as Head of People and Organisational Development in December 2022, having gained extensive HR generalist experience across both the public and private sector. She leads our People team who provide a diverse portfolio of services including talent acquisition, workforce development and organisational design.
Jess is a lifelong resident of the South West and passionate about improving the lives of local communities through advocacy in equity and inclusion, leadership development and making working lives better. Her personal values align with those of our organisation with an enthusiasm for thinking differently and ambitious optimism.
Having previously studied at the University of the West of England and University of Exeter, Jess is a Chartered member of the CIPD. In her spare time she enjoys any activity that involves learning something new.
