Key Personnel
The BTCT has three central teams that work in a low profile manner to support improvement in each of our schools. They offer expertise, capacity and talent to support individual Academy Development Plans
The School Improvement Team offer support and challenge to our school leaders to ensure the very best curriculum offer for our children. This team directly support teacher development, driven by a sense of shared moral purpose and a desire to continuously improve, as well as curriculum development across all ages. They also support schools to analyse data so we can be forensic in our pursuit for excellent outcomes and offer Careers advice across our primary and secondary settings.The Business Development Team support all non-teaching elements of how our Academies work. This includes Finance, Estates and Premises, Information Technology, Human Resources, Governance support as well as leading our traded and community activities. We provide an extensive community sport offer in both Bridgwater and Minehead. The Trust Inclusion Team offers a range of services and support to children and schools to develop and enhance inclusive practice. This includes Education Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, a Trust Wide Counselling Service, our Autism Centre and our APEX offer. It also includes specialist advice and expertise in Safeguarding, access arrangements and behaviour support..
