Our Three Year Strategy
The BTC Trust runs a cyclical three year strategic planning cycle. Our current three year strategic plan runs from 2024 to 2027
This is a high level plan that sets out the overarching ambitions of the BTC Trust and our academies. The current plan is divided into four core areas of delivery each with priority strands:
Children, People, Operations, and Inclusion
with four Goldren Threads
Digital Transformation, Sustainablilty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Partnerships
